Mobile Hwy Ads, Mobile Hwy Advertising Media Network, the Mobile Hwy Ads shield logo, and the slogans "Advertising with America's Truckers" and "Let Us Drive Your Brand on the Hwy to Success" are trademarks and service marks of Teltrans Credit Corp and the dakdan worldwide family of companies. All related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans used on this site are our marks or the marks of their respective owners.

You may refer to Mobile Hwy Ads by name to truthfully describe our services, including in news coverage and comparative contexts. You may not use our marks, or confusingly similar marks, in your own company name, product name, domain name, social media handle, advertising keyword creative, or logo; imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement that does not exist; or alter, recolor, or combine our logo with other elements. Fleet partners and advertisers receive brand usage rights only as set out in their signed agreements.

Trademarks of advertisers shown on branded trailers in our photography and portfolio belong to those advertisers and appear solely to document real campaigns.

All rights reserved. Select photography is used under the Unsplash License with credit to the photographers.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own business evaluation of our services, and share links to any page. You may not republish, scrape at scale, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Ready-made designs purchased in the shop are licensed for display on the panels they are produced for; the underlying artwork remains ours and may not be reproduced on other products or resold as artwork.

Artwork you upload to the Design Studio or supply for a campaign remains yours. By submitting it you confirm you own or license it, and you grant us the limited rights needed to proof, print, install, and photograph the finished work for our portfolio unless your agreement says otherwise.

Filing a Detailed Infringement Report

We take intellectual property seriously in both directions: we protect our marks and we respond promptly when a rights holder believes content on our site or fleet infringes theirs. To let us act quickly, send a single detailed report containing all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is infringed, including registration numbers where they exist.
• The exact URL or location of the material on our site, or a photo and location for material on a vehicle.
• Your name, company, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them, plus your physical or electronic signature.

Email your report to info@MobileHwyAds.com with the subject line "IP Infringement Report", or mail it to Mobile Hwy Ads, 274 Mt Harvard Ave, Severance, CO 80550. Reports that follow the checklist above satisfy the notice requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We review every complete report, remove or disable material we determine to be infringing, and may terminate repeat infringers' access to our services. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under the DMCA.
