What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can remember things between pages and visits. We also use browser local storage, which works the same way but never leaves your device. This policy covers both, and it supplements our Privacy Policy.
Strictly Necessary
Required for the site to function. They power the shopping cart, checkout security, and your cookie choice itself. These cannot be switched off, because the site does not work without them.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| mha_cart | Mobile Hwy Ads | Keeps the items in your shop cart between pages. | 90 days |
| mha-cookie-consent | Mobile Hwy Ads (local storage) | Remembers the cookie choice you made in the banner. | 12 months |
| PayPal cookies | PayPal | Fraud prevention and secure payment processing during checkout. Set only when you open the checkout page. | Per PayPal policy |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare | Distinguishes people from bots on our forms without tracking you across sites. | Session |
Preferences
Remember choices you make so the site behaves the way you left it. Refusing these never blocks any content.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| mha-lang | Mobile Hwy Ads (local storage) | Remembers the language you picked in the header language menu. | Until you clear it |
Analytics
Help us understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site. Set only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Loads and manages our measurement tags. Runs in consent mode: no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you accept. | No cookies by itself | |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Counts visits and tells us which pages and campaigns perform, in aggregate. IP addresses are processed, not displayed to us. | Up to 24 months |
Your Choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics cookies. Choosing "Essential only" keeps the site fully usable with no analytics set. You can change your mind at any time: clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies globally in its settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics everywhere. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break the cart and checkout, but you can always order by email instead.
